1. Refund Period
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid services, measured from the date of purchase or service completion, whichever is later. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this period.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 14 days of purchase or service completion
- Provide a clear reason for the refund request
- Not have received additional services beyond the initial purchase without separate agreement
Refunds may be limited or denied if you have received substantial consulting or coaching beyond the initial service offering.
3. How to Request a Refund

Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that your credit card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Free assessment sessions (if no package was purchased)
- Digital downloads that have been accessed
- Services for which you received complete consultation and coaching
- Custom packages tailored specifically to your needs after implementation has begun
6. Coaching Sessions
For multi-session coaching packages:
- If you cancel before your first session, you are eligible for a full refund
- If you complete one or more sessions, refunds will be prorated for unused sessions
- Sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to count toward refund eligibility
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Service: You may cancel a scheduled service up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows: If you do not appear for a scheduled session without notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
8. Return of Materials
If you received physical materials (printed guides, workbooks), they do not need to be returned. Digital materials cannot be "returned" but access may be revoked upon refund.
9. Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds may be denied or modified in the following cases:
- Misrepresentation of facts in your purchase or refund request
- Unlawful use of our services
- Fraud or abuse of the refund policy
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
10. Dispute Resolution
If you dispute a refund decision, you may request escalation by contacting us in writing. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.
11. International Purchases
The same refund policy applies to international customers. Refunds will be processed in the original currency or equivalent USD value based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Refund requests submitted before the change date will be governed by the previous policy.
